Bicycles, bloomers and all those lovely dames

Victorian feminists and their fashionable sensibility.
The Bloomer was originally a long billowy pant that drew in narrow at the ankle and was worn under a skirt or on it's own.  Bloomers were invented by Elizabeth Smith Miller in Peteboro NY, but were popularized by Amelia Bloomer in the 1850s.  The purpose of the bloomer was to preserve decency while allowing a women to move more freely and engage in activities that she could not with a large crinoline or petticoat beneath her dress.

Its time to make bloomers. Soft, cozy, pure and happy pleasure :) Coming SOON!
